By signing this document, the customer agrees to the services and conditions outlined herein. This estimate is an approximation and not a guaranteed final cost. Actual costs may change based on project details and negotiations. Clients will be notified before any cost changes.
By signing a contract with Pearce’s Pressure Washing, you are entering into a legally binding agreement for work to be performed at the agreed-upon price. If the contract is breached by the client, all deposits paid shall be forfeited as damages.
All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the products used. Pearce’s Pressure Washing does not provide additional warranties. Any concerns regarding our work must be reported immediately.
The client agrees to provide access to an on-site water supply and power source at no additional cost to Pearce’s Pressure Washing. If an exterior water supply or power source is required, additional charges may apply. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that these utilities are operational and available before work begins. Additional fees will be incurred if either utility is unavailable upon arrival.
The properties and species of wood, age, and weather can greatly affect the resulting color or tone of the stain. Variances may occur on individual boards as well as across the total project, as densities and other characteristics vary throughout the wood.
Pearce’s Pressure Washing attempts to represent the final finish color and tones as accurately as possible. While we can often give an estimate of the overall color or tone, some variation should be expected in the final result.
While Pearce’s Pressure Washing is on location and performing work, the client is responsible for keeping all children, pets, and other individuals away from the work area. Children and pets must remain off treated surfaces for at least 24 hours after completion. This is for safety.
Payments are due as outlined in the contract. Acceptable payment methods include check, cash, or credit card.
Pearce’s Pressure Washing reserves the right to refuse future services to clients with outstanding balances.
Service scheduling is subject to change due to weather conditions. Clients will be notified of any delays or adjustments caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances.
The removal and replacement of grills, furniture, planters, and other items are the homeowner’s responsibility.
If Pearce’s Pressure Washing removes items:
We are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions such as improper installation, loose materials, wood rot, weak mortar, or defective construction.
A visual inspection will be performed prior to service, but we are not liable for hidden issues or conditions that worsen during cleaning. Clients must disclose known vulnerabilities in advance.
Certain stains (tree sap, artillery fungus, paint) may not be fully removable. While we remove surface mold, mildew, and algae, complete removal is not guaranteed if deeply embedded.
Additional treatments may be required at extra cost.
Pearce’s Pressure Washing carries standard liability insurance but is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or material failure beyond normal wear and tear.
The client must ensure the work area is accessible and clear of fragile or valuable items.
Windows may become water spotted during service. Window cleaning is not included unless explicitly stated.
Concrete appearance varies based on age, curing, and condition. Cleaning may reveal imperfections previously hidden by dirt or stains. Uniform appearance across surfaces is not guaranteed.
The client grants permission to use photos or videos of completed work for marketing purposes.
To opt out, the client must notify Pearce’s Pressure Washing in writing, text, or email before service begins.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pearce’s Pressure Washing from any claims or damages arising from non-compliance with these terms or pre-existing conditions.
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform work due to events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or government actions.
We strive for high-quality results but do not guarantee specific outcomes due to variables such as material condition and age.
